BSC Joins US Club Soccer !
Burlington Soccer Club is pleased to announce that on August 1st 2006 we officially became a member of US Club Soccer, providing yet another avenue through which our Youth Development Program can flourish. US Club Soccer is a national affiliate member of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), and as such registers players, and sanctions teams, leagues, tournaments and other soccer programs.
By joining US Club Soccer, we will be able to participate in new events, play in summer leagues, and allow greater flexibility in rostering players to different teams, which will allow for enhanced development. BSC feels that adding this program to our existing programs will provide greater flexibility in rotating players into higher level formats as they progress through our training program. This way the player remains challenged throughout the year and is constantly striving to achieve new goals.
The US Club program will be primarily a summer program, with possible some tournaments mixed in throughout the year. It is a separate program from our NCYSA program. Teams will be formed by invite only.
Stay tuned for upcoming events on our website!
